A&L Body Shop Inc. started back in 1985
by Alben Lokey to provide Eastern North Carolina a place for
quality body repair work. We have grown from a small shop
to what is now the predominant vehicle repair facility in
area.
A&L Body Shop, Inc. became certified
with the "Certified First Network" in 2000 and ranked
second highest in all of the
Eastern United States.
A&L Body Shop, Inc. is different than
most other shop in that we pride ourselves on being an independent
repair facility, which means we are not affiliated to any
insurance company. Being independent allows us to put the
quality back into your repair. Other shops who are part of
programs such as Blue Ribbon, Service First, Pro Shops (to
name a few) are Direct Repair. These are shops that are contracted
by the insurance company and will do exactly what the insurance
companies tell them, even when it means cutting corners and
making you unhappy with the repair. Cutting Corners during
a repair will diminish the value, appearance, safety and longevity
of your vehicle. Remember, the Insurance Company is not your
friend. Their job is not to repair your vehicle, but to pay
for the repairs and that's all.
With a fleet of wrecker and tow capable vehicles along with
